- Identity and underwriting information: date of birth, Social Security Number, driver's license, and other information needed to verify identity and assess creditworthiness.

B. Information collected automatically
- Device / usage data: IP address, device type, browser type, pages viewed, time on page, referring URLs, and similar usage data.

We DO NOT sell personal information. As a direct lender, we do not shop your application across a third-party lender network or share your file with brokers or competing lenders.

05Text Messages, Phone Calls, and Consent
If you explicitly opt in by checking the consent checkbox on our online application form, you agree we may contact you by call and/or text message (SMS/MMS) regarding your business financing inquiry, related services, and marketing communications about financing options that may be available to you, including via automated technology where permitted.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving financing.
- Message frequency: varies based on your application or account activity.
- Cost: standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
- Opt-out: reply STOP to cancel texts. Reply HELP for help.
- Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties.
